2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the HopeBridge AI platform — including our website at hopebridgeai.com, our mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
3. Eligibility / Authorized Access
The Platform is designed for use by:
- Schools and their authorized administrators/coordinators who manage educational content and student accounts
- Students who access educational content through school-provisioned accounts
Access to the Platform is restricted to authorized users. Unauthorized access is prohibited and may result in legal action.
4. School Accounts
School accounts are created and provisioned by HopeBridge administrators or authorized school representatives. By using a school account, the school administrator agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete school registration information
- Manage student accounts responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws
- Ensure that student data is handled appropriately
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
- Operate within the assigned enrollment limits and subscription terms
School administrators are responsible for all actions performed under their account, including student registration, credential management, and content administration.
5. Student Accounts
Student accounts are created and managed by authorized school administrators — students do not self-register. Key aspects of student accounts:
- Student credentials (username and password) are auto-generated by the system and delivered via SMS or shared by the school
- Students are assigned to a specific class and can only access content for that class
- Students must use their assigned credentials to access the Platform
- Students should not share their credentials with others
Parents and guardians are encouraged to be aware of their child's access to the Platform and to contact support if they have any concerns.
6. Credentials and Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:
- Not share your username or password with any unauthorized person
- Notify HopeBridge or the school administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
- Not attempt to access accounts belonging to other users
HopeBridge provides "Forgot Password" functionality for all three user types (Admin, School, and Student). Schools can also view and reset student credentials through their dashboard.
Security notice: Never send your password or OTP codes by email or any other channel. HopeBridge support will never ask for your password.
7. Educational Purpose
The Platform is designed and operated solely for educational purposes. All content — including video lessons, PDF materials, and associated resources — is provided to support school-based learning for students from Class 1 to Class 12.
Users agree to use the Platform exclusively for its intended educational purpose and in a manner consistent with these Terms.
8. Video Lessons and PDF Materials
The Platform provides access to:
- Video lessons hosted on Bunny Stream CDN, organized by class and subject
- PDF study materials that can be viewed in-browser and optionally downloaded (when permitted by the school/administrator)
Access to specific video and PDF content is determined by the student's assigned class. Content availability may vary by class, subject, and school configuration.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to video lessons, PDF materials, platform design, logos, branding, software, and documentation — is the property of HopeBridge AI Foundation or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform and its content solely for personal educational purposes. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without authorization
- Download or redistribute video content unless explicitly permitted
- Use content for commercial purposes
- Modify or create derivative works from Platform content
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
10. Acceptable Use
When using the Platform, you agree to:
- Use the Platform only for lawful, educational purposes
- Treat all users and content with respect
- Follow reasonable usage guidelines set by your school administrator
- Report any inappropriate content or security concerns
11. Prohibited Use
You must NOT:
- Share your login credentials with unauthorized persons
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
- Use the Platform to transmit harmful, inappropriate, or illegal content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Platform's source code
- Use automated tools to access or scrape the Platform without authorization
- Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operations or servers

Violation of these prohibited use terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

- Request by the school administrator
- Inactivity beyond a reasonable period
When an account is suspended, the user will be notified and may contact support for resolution.
13. School Subscription / Access Validity
Each school account is assigned an access validity period and subscription terms. Key points:
- School access is valid for the period specified during registration or renewal
- When access validity expires, the school and all associated student accounts may lose access to the Platform
- Access can be renewed or extended by HopeBridge administrators
- Schools are responsible for maintaining their subscription to ensure uninterrupted service
14. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable access to the Platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Technical issues or infrastructure upgrades
- Third-party service disruptions (including Bunny Stream CDN)
- Events beyond our reasonable control
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance or significant service disruptions.
15. Third-Party Services
The Platform uses third-party services for specific functions, including Bunny Stream for video hosting and delivery. These third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers, but we select providers that meet reasonable standards for data protection and service reliability.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the school for Platform access during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or a reasonable amount if no payment was made.
18. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Platform at any time. We may add new features, modify existing functionality, or remove features that are no longer viable. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to users.
19. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
